What is the consistency score?
Your consistency score is a number from 0 to 100 that summarizes the recent pattern of behavior in this connection.
How it is calculated:
Spilled looks at your entries, weighted by recency. Entries from the last 7 days count triple, the last 30 days count double, and older entries count single. It counts the positive-tagged entries (effort, quality time, kept word, clear communication) and the negative-tagged entries (cancellation, broken promise, ghosted, mixed signals). It compares them as a ratio.
You can change the time window using the filter (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or all time). Each window tells a different story about the connection.
Your score appears from your first entry. The more you log, the more accurate and stable it becomes. Pattern flags need three or more entries before they start firing.
The score updates every time you log a new entry.
