Refunds
Refunds for Spilled Pro are handled by the app store you bought it from, Apple or Google Play, not by us.
All Pro subscriptions are processed through the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android. This means we never see your payment details, and we cannot issue refunds directly. The app store handles all billing, renewals, and refund requests for in-app purchases.
How to request a refund from Apple
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase
- Find the Spilled purchase in your list
- Select Request a Refund and pick a reason
- Apple will review and respond, usually within a few days
How to request a refund from Google Play
- Go to play.google.com or open the Google Play app
- Find the Spilled purchase in your order history
- Select Request a refund or Report a problem and pick a reason
- Google will review and respond
7-day free trial on yearly subscription
When you start a Pro Yearly subscription, you get a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged. If you forget and the subscription renews, you can still request a refund from Apple or Google Play using the steps above.
Cancelling your subscription
On iPhone:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
- Find Spilled and tap Cancel Subscription
On Android:
- Open the Google Play app
- Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions
- Find Spilled and tap Cancel subscription
Your Pro features stay active until the end of your current billing period.
