Refunds

Refunds for Spilled Pro are handled by Apple, not by us.

All Pro purchases (yearly subscription or lifetime) are processed through the App Store. This means we never see your payment details, and we cannot issue refunds directly. Apple handles all billing, renewals, and refund requests for in-app purchases.

How to request a refund from Apple

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase
  3. Find the Spilled purchase in your list
  4. Select Request a Refund and pick a reason
  5. Apple will review and respond, usually within a few days

7-day free trial on yearly subscription

When you start a Pro Yearly subscription, you get a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial in your Apple ID settings and you will not be charged. If you forget and the subscription renews, you can still request a refund from Apple using the steps above.

Cancelling your subscription

To cancel Pro Yearly:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
  3. Find Spilled and tap Cancel Subscription

Your Pro features stay active until the end of your current billing period.
