How to restore purchases
If you previously subscribed to Spilled Pro and you are not seeing your Pro features (after getting a new phone, reinstalling the app, or signing out and back in), use Restore Purchases.
Go to the Account tab. Tap Restore Purchases (under the Go Pro or Manage Subscription button).
Apple will check your Apple ID for any active Spilled subscriptions. If found, your Pro access will be restored immediately.
You must be signed in with the same Apple ID you used when you originally subscribed. If you subscribed with a different Apple ID, switch to that account first and then try Restore Purchases.
Restore Purchases is a free action, you will not be charged anything. It only restores subscriptions that are already active.
If Restore Purchases does not find your subscription and you believe you have an active Pro plan, double-check your Apple ID Subscriptions screen (Settings, your name, Subscriptions) to confirm the subscription is still active and has not expired.
