What happens when my Pro trial or subscription ends?

If you cancel your Pro subscription, or your free trial ends without subscribing, here is exactly what happens:

What stays the same:

• All your data is preserved. No entries are deleted.
• All your connections are preserved. None are deleted.
• You keep your Spilled account.
• You can still sign in normally.
• You can still add new connections.
• You can still log new entries on every connection.
• Your scores, zones, and basic pattern flags still work.

What changes:

• Smart tagging button locks. You go back to manually picking tags from the chips below each entry. The tag chips are always there for everyone, free or Pro.
• Pro features lock: AI personalized reads on patterns, trend chart, full timeline filters, multi-connection comparison, deep community stats, designed shareable export, smart check-in reminders.

If you upgrade back to Pro later:

• All Pro features unlock immediately.
• You pick up exactly where you left off.
• Every entry you ever logged is still there, fully usable.

Nothing is lost when you downgrade. The only difference is whether Spilled tags entries for you automatically and whether you can see the deeper features.
