How to delete your account

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.

Go to the Account tab. Scroll to the bottom. Tap Delete account.

A confirmation dialog appears. Read the warning. If you are sure, tap Delete forever. A second confirmation appears asking you to confirm again. Tap Yes, delete everything.

What gets deleted immediately:

• Your account profile on our servers (email, name, account ID)
• All anonymous pattern signals associated with your account
• Your subscription status (note: this does not cancel a Pro subscription. To stop billing, you must also cancel in your Apple ID settings)
• Your local journal entries and connections on this device

What you should also do:

• Cancel your Pro subscription in your Apple ID settings if you have one. Deleting your Spilled account does not stop Apple from billing you for an active subscription.
• Uninstall the app if you want.

Account deletion cannot be undone. Once you confirm, your data is gone.

If you change your mind later and want to use Spilled again, you can sign up with Apple Sign In again. You will start fresh with no previous data.
