How to sign out

To sign out of Spilled without deleting your account, go to the Account tab and tap Sign out.

A confirmation dialog appears. Confirm to sign out.

After signing out:

• Your journal entries stay on your phone (they are local data)
• You return to the sign in screen
• Your account on our servers is unchanged
• Your Pro subscription stays active (managed by Apple, not affected by signing out)

To sign back in, tap Sign in with Apple on the login screen and use the same Apple ID you used originally.

If you sign out and sign back in with a different Apple ID, Spilled treats that as a different user and you will not see the previous account's connections or entries (those were tied to the original Apple ID).

Signing out is reversible. Deleting your account is not. If you are not sure which you want, signing out is the safer option.
