What is consistent effort?

Consistent effort is the only positive pattern Spilled flags. It fires when your entries show steady, sustained positive behavior over time, without big dips or hot-cold swings.

The pattern looks like:

  • Regular communication that does not disappear for days
  • Plans that get made and kept
  • Follow-through on what he says he will do
  • Steady warmth without dramatic peaks and valleys
  • An entry pattern where the score sits in the green zone for weeks or months

This is what reliability actually looks like in data: not perfection, but consistency. He still has bad days, life still gets busy, plans occasionally shift. But the overall shape is stable and present.

Spilled flags this pattern when you have at least 15 entries with a strong majority tagged positive over several weeks, and no major hot-cold cycles.

If you see this flag, your data is telling you something worth noticing. Not every connection deserves trust. This one might.
