What is high cancellation rate?

High cancellation rate fires when plans get cancelled more often than they happen.

Spilled tracks every entry tagged as a cancellation, a plan, or a kept plan. When the cancellation rate crosses a threshold (typically 30% or more of plans), this pattern fires.

Why it matters: cancellations are not always a red flag on their own. Life happens. Cars break down. Work runs late. People get sick. But a high cancellation rate over time is data. It shows you what someone's actual availability and reliability look like.

Spilled does not judge the reasons. A cancellation for a real emergency counts the same as a cancellation for "I'm just tired." Over time, the reasons matter less than the pattern. If half the plans you make with him do not happen, you are not in a reliable relationship, regardless of why.

The flag shows the evidence: "7 of 11 plans cancelled (64%)." This is your data, not anyone's opinion.

What to do with it is up to you. The flag is information, not a verdict.
